Esperienza fantastica: It's now the third summer that I have rented an electric bike from Bcyclet. Each time for around two weeks. The bike is always in perfect condition and set up correctly for my height. I never have any problems with it and all the staff at the shop are professional, competent and interested in what they are doing. The result is great service and a hassle free vacation.

Esperienza fantastica: I dropped in to say hi and get my BMC Roadmachine checked over before the Inferno Swiss these guys were super happy to help. The Inferno Swiss was an amazing event. You never know just how much thought and planning goes into these events until things don't quite to plan. Day 1 the weather was horrendous however the team had it all in hand changed routes got 60 cyclists off mountains, dry and back to hotels quickly. The 2nd day was much better weather and again the organisation spot on with coffee stops just at the right place. Great team and great race.

I had no problems with the bike, it was set up correctly as per my measurements I sent through, and I was very happy with it on the rides our group did like Petit St Bernard and Alp d’Huez. A great 10 days!

Esperienza fantastica: Bcyclet provide a fantastic all-round service. I collected my rental E-bike from their shop in Geneva, where the guys fitted it out to my requirements. They than drove me to the start point of my cycle trip in Thonon- les- Bains in France. At the end of my trip (part way down the Routes des Grandes Alpes) they came & collected me & the rental E-bike from Valloire in France .They then drove me for over two hours to Geneva Airport for my flight home. Everything was done efficiently and on time and all the guys I dealt with were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. A great all-round service !

The while experience was amazing from the booking of the bikes to collecting them in Nice for the ride. We were late dropping the bike back after the race, but the team waited for us and kept us informed on everything that was happening. Would highly rate Bcyclet to anyone seeking to hire bike for such a ride like lwtape du tour. The bikes were new and definitely met our expectations. The team made minor seat post and pedal adjustments to ensure we were right to go.

Esperienza fantastica: I can’t thank Bcyclet store enough for everything they did to get me a great bike at such notice after mine was damaged in transit from Australia. It was well prepared and got me through a 720kms 17k vertical climbing. The bike was faultless and handled extremely well. The store also has great clothing, quality bikes and accessories. I would definitely recommend them for renting and would happily use them again on my next trip.

Esperienza fantastica: We rented bikes here for a three day trip from Geneva to Lucerne. The service, the communication, the experience overall was amazing. On a day where the shop is normally closed, they met us at the shop for the pickup, got the bikes fitted and made sure we were comfortable and ready. Bikes came with repair kits and tools though we didn’t have to use them. At the end of our trip, they drove to Lucerne with our luggage to pick up the bags and were actually early for the meetup. Could not have been a smoother process!

This time I was given a Scott Addict in top shape, the team was super accommodating and allowed me to pick it up a bit earlier than the opening time. The weather turned half-way through my long ride and by the time I returned the bike at the end of the day, I was completely soaked and very cold. The team allowed me to have a hot shower there, which made my day. Such a great service, such knowledgable and friendly folks. I cannot recommend Bcyclet highly enough. Chapeau! Will definitely stop there again on my next trip to Switzerland.

Esperienza fantastica: Had a days cycling in the French Alps with Basile from Bcyclet. The whole experience with the team at Bcyclet was great. Basile was very knowledgeable and able to give me options for different routes to suit my needs. He was friendly, flexible and experienced. Nothing was too much trouble. The bike was fantastic and the support great. Overall could not recommend this team more if you want to go cycling in the Alps.

Esperienza fantastica: I rented 2 gravel bikes which were fantastic for riding in the Jura. The guys were very easy to communicate with and responses were fast and concise. One thing I suggest is that if you provide your body measurements for bike fit, spend some time when you pick up your bike to fine tune the fit. Also, if you’re an advanced cyclist- take your own seat!! Also, check out their store - it’s extremely well stocked.

Quality equipment does cost more, but worth every cent. We had a great time and the bikes performed perfectly. Hugo’s team even collected the bikes at the end of our holiday adventure. I rented a Scott Road bike - full carbon with ultegra components - it rode like a dream. I also rented the BMC e-road bike for my girl. She was able to keep up with me through the scenic mountains of the Alps. We used their service to see some of the Tour de France. Dream come true all around. This company exceeded my expectations. D'abord les vélos (Scott endurance road et Obea e-road) étaient en excellent état et l'équipe a pris le temps de les monter avec soin. Deuxièmement, ils ont été d'un grand soutien et efficaces, par exemple, Thomas se rendait au marché à 6 h 30 pour acheter des fruits pour nos arrêts. Paul et Julien ont soigneusement étudié les options d'itinéraire, pris en compte la météo et roulé à un bon rythme, en veillant à ce que nous ne soyons jamais perdus. Troisièmement, leur prix est très juste pour la qualité du service. Mais surtout leur attitude était contagieusement positive et a fait le déplacement. 5 étoiles = 20/20. Le hanno consegnate al mio hotel di Annecy (consegnano in molti luoghi), arrivando esattamente in orario. Le biciclette erano eccellenti, ben mantenute e funzionavano perfettamente. Alla fine del viaggio, le ho restituite al loro negozio, e quel processo ha preso meno di 5 minuti. Non riesco a dire abbastanza cose buone su questo negozio e sicuramente noleggerò di nuovo da loro.

Esperienza negativa: Ho noleggiato due biciclette da trekking ad Ajaccio, in Corsica, per un viaggio di 5 giorni attraverso l'isola. Il nostro volo da Ginevra è atterrato alle 15:00 ad Ajaccio, ma sfortunatamente la consegna delle biciclette all'aeroporto di Ajaccio è stata ritardata alle 17:00, quasi 2 ore di ritardo, il che ci ha lasciato poco tempo per raggiungere Propriano, dove avevamo effettuato e prepagato una prenotazione in hotel per la notte. Poiché le biciclette non avevano luci, eravamo preoccupati di non raggiungere la nostra destinazione prima del buio. Pertanto, abbiamo chiesto all'autista della consegna se potesse portarci per un tratto verso Propriano o fornirci delle luci per le biciclette. Niente di tutto ciò era possibile secondo l'autista, che ci ha assicurato che ce l'avremmo fatta se avessimo seguito la costa verso Propriano, che secondo Google Maps era a 71 km di distanza. Abbiamo cercato di pedalare il più velocemente possibile, ma ci sono molte colline anche lungo la costa e siamo finiti per pedalare nella notte e abbiamo dovuto fermarci alle 21:00 perché era completamente buio e pericoloso. Fortunatamente, abbiamo trovato un bel hotel a Porto Pollo dove ci siamo fermati per la notte. A causa della consegna tardiva, abbiamo avuto un primo giorno stressante e pericoloso del nostro viaggio in bicicletta e abbiamo finito per pagare due camere d'hotel quella notte, una a Propriano e una a Porto Pollo. Ho chiamato Bcyclet a Ginevra riguardo a questo problema, ma dopo ripetuti tentativi di contattare la persona responsabile delle prenotazioni, alla fine ho ricevuto una persona poco cordiale del servizio clienti che mi ha detto che non poteva far nulla per la nostra brutta esperienza. Quindi, se noleggiate le vostre biciclette da Bcyclet in Corsica, assicuratevi di pianificare con largo anticipo e di portare luci per le biciclette.

Esperienza negativa: La peggiore esperienza di sempre. Non sono riuscito a usare la bicicletta!! Ho noleggiato la loro bicicletta più bella per circa 700 euro per 4 giorni. L'hanno consegnata al mio hotel prima del mio arrivo. Ho parlato con loro al telefono e ho chiesto alcune cose, incluso se potevano lasciare una pompa da pavimento. Mi hanno assicurato che avrebbero controllato le gomme e che non avrei avuto bisogno di una pompa. Bene, quando sono arrivato in hotel dopo 26 ore di viaggio e ho controllato la bicicletta, la gomma anteriore era completamente sgonfia. Per rendere le cose ancora peggiori, una delle due cartucce di CO2 era già stata utilizzata e la seconda era così corrosa che a malapena riuscivo a fissarla. La testa non funzionava, quindi non sono riuscito nemmeno a far uscire la bicicletta dalla porta. Ho provato a chiamare e a inviare e-mail più volte senza ricevere risposta!!! Farò una contestazione alla mia compagnia di carta di credito. Bcyclet ha rovinato completamente il mio viaggio in Svizzera!!!!!

Esperienza fantastica: Abbiamo noleggiato 2 biciclette da corsa in carbonio per un viaggio di 6 giorni attraverso la Provenza. Hugo e il suo team in Provenza (Joerg) hanno reso il nostro viaggio indimenticabile e senza intoppi. Siamo andati senza guida, ma hanno mappato i percorsi per noi su GPS, che erano esattamente ciò che avevamo chiesto. Le biciclette erano di alta qualità e adattate alle nostre misure che avevamo fornito in precedenza. La consegna e il ritiro sono stati puntuali e accurati, assicurandosi che tutto fosse perfetto. Hanno anche gestito i trasferimenti dei nostri bagagli, il che ha funzionato bene. Soprattutto, è stato un piacere lavorare con loro sia al telefono che di persona. Grazie per aver reso questa una vacanza in bicicletta indimenticabile e splendida.

The bike arrived at 08.30am sharp the next day, we had a great chat with Hugo who took 15 minutes of his time to discuss latest model. Amazing customer service who immediately called me to say that they would be 15 minutes late for the bike's collection. The bikes are great, in amazing conditions. I would definitely recommend Bcyclet!

Esperienza fantastica: Abbiamo noleggiato le loro biciclette ibride (Scott Sub) per il nostro tour autogestito attraverso la Svizzera. Tecnicamente non sono biciclette da touring, ma si sono comportate bene. Avevamo solo due borse su una bicicletta e un'altra borsa sul portapacchi posteriore. Le biciclette avevano portapacchi posteriori e pneumatici Marathon resistenti alle forature. Le biciclette hanno funzionato bene. Le nostre biciclette non erano pre-registrate anche se ci hanno chiesto le nostre misure per farlo. Tuttavia, sono stati abbastanza veloci ad aiutarci a sistemarci. Il negozio è un po' nascosto lungo una strada in una zona industriale. BikeSwitzerland sarebbe un'altra opzione da considerare per un'opzione di tour in bicicletta in quanto offrono anche diversi tour guidati.

Grazie Bcyclet per questa idea folle: Annecy Nizza in 2 giorni, 500 km in cui abbiamo visto cose incredibili e faticato con 9 passi e oltre 11000 m di dislivello positivo. Non avrei mai immaginato di poter finire! Ma ci avete portato fino a Nizza, attraverso i passi, grazie all'assistenza, ai vostri incoraggiamenti e ai rifornimenti sempre ben posizionati con prodotti locali e deliziosi. Si riparte per l'edizione Inferno Race 2020!!! Grazie Thomas, Basile per questo bel regalo e grazie Gérald, il mio partner di tutte le pedalate più favolose!

Esperienza fantastica: Tutti qui sono così gentili e disponibili. Sono arrivato all'aeroporto di Ginevra e, dopo una breve corsa in auto, ero nel loro negozio. Ho noleggiato qui l'anno scorso per il Tour L'Etape (ho fatto il ritiro l'anno scorso sul sito del Tour). Quest'anno sono andato al negozio e ho portato il mio sellino e i pedali. Hanno impostato la mia bici e utilizzato le mie misure che avevo portato. È successo che il manubrio fosse un po' lungo per la mia portata, quindi hanno cambiato il manubrio e risolto il problema. Si sono anche assicurati che fossi felice con l'impostazione prima di partire. La riconsegna è stata senza problemi presso il sito del Tour L'Etape. Si sono assicurati che sapessi dove andare per la riconsegna. Non avrebbero potuto essere più gentili. Li raccomando vivamente e li utilizzerò di nuovo.

Esperienza fantastica: Ho trascorso una giornata fantastica a pedalare intorno ad Annecy con Greg. Mi hanno incontrato alla stazione dei treni con una bici completamente pronta per partire (anche con le bottiglie d'acqua piene). Avevo inviato le mie misure della bici e la bici era impostata perfettamente. Hanno attaccato i miei pedali e siamo partiti per un giro splendido. Il panorama era spettacolare e Greg è una grande guida. Ha adattato il giro al tempo, alla distanza e alla salita che desideravo per la giornata. Non esiterò a tornare e farlo di nuovo... diversi giorni la prossima volta.
