Expérience fantastique: Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel in Flawil Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets bemüht, den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber zentral – ideal für Geschäftsreisen oder private Aufenthalte. Auch das Frühstück war frisch und vielfältig. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Expérience positive: Hotel liegt Stadt nah, Bahnhof ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Geschäfte zum Einkaufen sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Größere Geschäfte sind Richtung st. Gallen 14 km mit Auto 20 Minuten.

Expérience fantastique: Das perfekte einfache Businesshotel, funktional, gut eingerichtet, sogar Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer, Angebot dass weitere Sorten im Frühstücksraum zur Verfügung stehen, ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.... und vor allem ausserordentlich freundlicher, ja herzlicher Empfang und Check-Out! Eine super Erfahrung! Vielen Dank und jederzeit gerne wieder!

Expérience négative: Leider ist am Samstag Morgen um 6.30 Uhr der Fernseher von alleine (selbstverständlich ohne dass ich irgendetwas am Abend vorher angefasst oder geändert hätte, ich bin sehr spät angekommen und habe den Fernseher nicht benutzt) laut und hell angegangen und hat mich aus dem Tiefschlaf gerissen. Bis ich es geschafft habe, das Ding auszubekommen, war ich hellwach. Auch aus den umliegenden Zimmern dröhnten gut hörbar die Fernseher. Ich musste arbeiten an dem Tag und das geht absolut gar nicht.

Expérience positive: A pleasant hotel to stay on your business or hiking trip. Near to the beautiful area of Appenzell or the historical city of St.Gall. Friendly staff and a good restaurant.

Expérience positive: Rooms are nice and clean. Wifi connection is pretty fast. But most of the time there is no one in reception if you are coming for the first time. But breakfast will be served at the counter and it is self service. I like their breads But breakfast options are pretty boring if someone is staying for longer time than 2-3 days. Instead of cold boiled egg, sometime having scrambled eggs or other hot food options would be appreciated

Expérience fantastique: Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Sehr flexibel und zuvorkommend. Wollte früher Frühstück als üblich. War kein Problem, da wurde mir eine gute Lösung offeriert. Die geben sich wirklich Mühe, den Gast zu bedienen.

Expérience positive: Ci siamo fermati per una notte durante un giro in moto. Ho apprezzato: La posizione centrale, la camera ed il bagno, puliti, silenziosi e lumnosi. Buona la colazione. Cordiale il personale. La possibilità di lasciare la moto nel garage sotterraneo gratuitamente. Il prezzo, forse un po' alto, ma grazie allo sconto Genius ritorna nella norma. Piccolo appunto: In occasione della riservazione sarebbe bene segnalare che il check-in deve essere fatto nel vicino Ristorante Rössli. Arrivando da via e trovarsi davanti la porta chiusa con un biglietto con le indicazioni, trovo non sia la soluzione migliore. Niente di grave comunque.

Expérience fantastique: Tolles Hotel. Schöne,sehr saubere,gepflegte Zimmer. Freundliches Personal,unkompliziert und spontan. Essen im Restaurant Rössli ist ein „Muss“.

Expérience fantastique: Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer, welche gut abzudunkeln sind und deshalb auch für Nachtarbeiter gut geeignet sind. Freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber.

Expérience fantastique: In Kombination mit dem Restaurant Rössli bekommt man auch am Abend noch etwas gutes. Sehr gute Matratzen und sehr sauber. Sehr nettes Personal. Rundum empfehlenswert.

Expérience fantastique: Ein sehr sauberes und auch modernes hotel. Zimmer schön hell mit TV und tablett zur freien Verfügung. Inkl WLAN. Sogar Tee und Kaffee kann man sich selbst auf dem Zimmer machen. Personal sehr freundlich! Bad sehr sauber! Gefrühstückt haben wir dort nicht, daher können wir nix dazu sagen... Aber im frühstücksraum kann man sich verschiedene teesorten holen, Kaffee Milch Zucker... Wir kommen sehr gerne mal wieder...

Expérience fantastique: Good staff, good dinner and good rooms! If you comes with a Family or 6 people you can take the "Irene's Familienteller" for just 69.- it seems a pretty nice deal. Immer noch wie vor 1 jahr, sehr freundliche und nettes Personal, sehr gut nachtessen und die Zimmer sind auch immer noch sehr gut.

Expérience positive: camere spaziose co tv 32 pollici ultra piatto Wi-Fi gratuito stanze pulitissime, bagno spazioso in più hai un tablet della Samsung che puoi usare come vuoi. l'unica pecca la colazione troppo scarsa trovi dei panini, 2 barattoli di marmellata, dei salumi, formaggi, yoghurt un po di nutella e della frutta ma in un contesto molto triste... ma in tutto questo il personale è veramente gentile e disponibile.

Expérience positive: Clean, safe, lovely staff, brand new hotel, well furnished, small, great restaurant next door that is part of hotel, tasty breakfast that is included, 10 min walk from train station. Would give them 4 1/2 stars if I could give a 1/2 star!

Expérience fantastique: Wirklich zu empfehlen sehr gutes Essen Schöne Zimmer + topp Service

Expérience négative: Sehr enttäuscht - man hatte mich wegen Überbuchung in einem "Apartment" in einem anderen Gebäude untergebracht. Das war allerdings eine bessere Abstellkammer mit zusammen gesuchten Möbeln, die alles andere als bequem waren. Bei den Handtüchern in der Nasszelle (ein Bad war das nicht!) hatte ich das Gefühl, sie waren schon einmal benutzt. Nächstes Mal mache ich einen großen Bogen um dieses Haus!
