A Swiss IATA company dedicated to clients across various sectors. Our three departments - Airport MAAS, TMC travel agency and cargo - cater to the unique needs of our customers.
Our MAAS services are designed to provide stress-free travel, while our VIP services offer personalised assistance, exclusive access to lounges and other amenities. Our TMC department offers both leisure & corporate travel management services from our location in T1 of Geneva Airport.

Positive Erfahrung: It's a good old airport, quite compact, but could be better organized. For embarking there are 2 lines: one in the front of the entrance and another to the left. The security says both take the same time but the left one is quite slower, taking 20min, while the ones in the front of the entrance take 10min. They should make it clear for those who are in a hurry!

Negative Erfahrung: Een enorm slecht vliegveld onvriendelijk personeel slechte info waar je naar toe mort ze kunnen alleen maar dan wilde een auto huren na je vlucht van 00.00 kan dat niet meer dan zijn de verhuurders gesloten wil je een taxi sta je een uur in de rij ben je aan de beurt moet je 360 euro betalen voor een rit van 40 km niet normaal

Fantastische Erfahrung: Les deux employées de Genève Aéroport ont sauvé notre voyage au Canada. On a fait le mauvais formulaire d'entrée pour le Canada (ETA) et cela nous empêchait d'enregistrer et de partir. Par un simple hasard, un employé de l'aéroport, se trouvant près des guichets d'enregistrement, nous a envoyé à leur guichet en nous indiquant que cette société pouvait faire ce genre de démarche en ligne (depuis notre smartphone c'était impossible le jour même). Les deux employées ont bien compris notre détresse et se sont démenées pour obtenir les fameux sésames. On a pu embarquer last minute grâce à elles! On leur sera tjs reconnaissant!!!!

Negative Erfahrung: Avoid!!! When a flight they booked for you gets cancelled, they are of no assistance. They tell to find and pay for another flight and have no qualms about leaving you stranded.
Negative Erfahrung: Je recommande très vivement aux voyageurs d'ÉVITER, c'est un service d'amateurs qui ne respectera pas son engagement vis-à-vis des voyageurs en cas d'imprévus. Je me retrouve en ce moment même bloqué au Ghana à cause de leur amateurisme et mépris pour le client que je suis. Totalement incapable de respecter les délais de rappel, il faut leur courir après pour au final n'avoir même pas droit au service minimum. On est le 25 décembre et ils veulent m'imposer un billet retour pour le 9 décembre ( oui oui 9 décembre! ), on sait pas de quelle année alors que initialement je dois rentrer le 4 janvier pour retrouver mon boulot et mon fils. Non seulement ça entâche mon séjour mais je vais forcément perdre beaucoup plus que l'argent que j'ai confié à cause d'un refus d'assurer/assumer le service d'une agence de voyage digne de ce nom. À l'heure où j'écris ils m'ont toujours rien proposé de rationnel concrètement pour rentrer chez moi hormis un 9 décembre lunaire. C'est le flou artistique total! Immense red flag!
